The Sales Assistant supports the Account Lead by preparing customer proposals and creative concepts while also assisting with customer service, shipping and receiving, and internal administrative needs. This role owns all things related to the deal board and plays a key role in delivering on Brand Cowboy’s promise of being “Great at 48.” Working closely with designers and sales reps, the Sales Assistant helps create accurate, on-brand proposals for custom printed apparel, polos, OPS, drinkware, stickers, and patches, while maintaining extreme organization, strong attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. The position requires a relationship-over-revenue mindset, clear communication, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to support customers and deadlines, including collaborating across teams, assisting with inbound sales and projects, managing customer communication via phone and email, and coordinating product receiving, shipping, and fulfillment—while staying curious, trend-aware, and committed to an exceptional customer experience.
