Marketing Associate - Custom

BrandCowboy has a position open for a marketing associate position, this position is full-time. The Brand Cowboy Marketing Assistant is responsible for executing and managing all marketing initiatives that are specific to the custom program BrandCowboy offers. This role focuses on marketing campaigns, content creation, and photoshoot/reel preparation, ensuring Brand Cowboy’s unique style and voice is consistently represented across all channels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and highly attuned to the brand’s niche audience- the Ag, Western & Outdoor Industry. This position works closely with the Marketing Department head, creative partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand presence across marketing channels.

The Brands Marketing Assistant supports the execution of marketing initiatives for Oh My Stars and HornKnot/BKWY, this positions is full-time. This role focuses on content creation, day-to-day marketing execution, and preparation for photoshoots and reels. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, organized, and able to translate brand direction into engaging visual content. This position works closely with the Brands Account Lead, creative partners, and internal teams to ensure consistent brand presence across marketing channels. The Sales Assistant supports the Account Lead by preparing customer proposals and creative concepts while also assisting with customer service, shipping and receiving, and internal administrative needs. This role owns all things related to the deal board and plays a key role in delivering on Brand Cowboy’s promise of being “Great at 48.” Working closely with designers and sales reps, the Sales Assistant helps create accurate, on-brand proposals for custom printed apparel, polos, OPS, drinkware, stickers, and patches, while maintaining extreme organization, strong attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. The position requires a relationship-over-revenue mindset, clear communication, and a willingness to do whatever it takes to support customers and deadlines, including collaborating across teams, assisting with inbound sales and projects, managing customer communication via phone and email, and coordinating product receiving, shipping, and fulfillment—while staying curious, trend-aware, and committed to an exceptional customer experience. Creativity and light design experience is a must. The Account Lead is a relationship-driven problem solver who becomes an extension of each customer’s business, serving as the in-house expert for all assigned accounts. This role owns the deal board, leads project management from concept to completion, and ensures Brand Cowboy consistently delivers on its promise of being “Great at 48” while creating an exceptional customer experience from first hello through final follow-up. Working closely with designers, factory partners, and internal teams, the Account Lead prepares and presents compelling proposals for custom branded apparel, OPS, drinkware, stickers, and patches, while maintaining extreme organization, proactive communication, and a relationship-over-revenue mindset. Responsibilities also include managing timelines and expectations, anticipating and resolving issues before they arise, handling administrative tasks such as invoicing, shipping coordination, and SOP execution, and driving outbound sales through thoughtful prospecting and follow-up. Success in this role requires deep product knowledge, strong people skills, a pulse on industry trends, and a fearless yet humble approach to serving brands in the Ag, Western, and Outdoor industries. Creativity and light design experience is a must.
